By purchasing from our platform, whether for digital subscriptions, digital products, or physical goods—within India or internationally—you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. General Terms
- Governed under the Consumer Protection (E‑Commerce) Rules, 2020, IT Act 2000, and applicable Indian laws.
- We have a strict no refund, no cancellation policy, with limited exceptions described here.
- Resale or transfer options are permitted subject to applicable handling fees and conditions.
SECTION A: DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
2. No Refunds for Digital Content
All digital products (e.g., e‑books, access codes, online courses, templates) are non‑refundable once access is granted or the file is downloaded. This includes change of mind, accidental purchases, incompatibility, or dissatisfaction.
3. No Cancellations for Subscriptions
Digital subscriptions (monthly, yearly, lifetime) are non‑cancellable once activated. We do not offer pro‑rata refunds for unused periods. You may cancel future auto‑renewals before the next billing cycle.
4. Transfer/Resale of Digital Access (Optional & Paid)
If license terms allow, you may transfer or resell your digital access subject to:
- A processing fee of as specified by us at the time of request per transfer
- Approval based on eligibility and compliance
- Revocation of original access upon transfer

SECTION B: PHYSICAL GOODS
5. No Refund or Return
All physical goods sales are final. Exceptions only if:
- Wrong item delivered, or
- Items damaged on arrival, and
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof
Subject to our inspection and approval.
6. No Cancellation of Physical Orders
Once an order is confirmed and paid, no cancellations permitted.
7. Resale/Transfer of Physical Goods (Optional & Paid)
You may request a resale/transfer provided:
- The request is within 7 days of delivery
- Product is unused and in original condition
- A resale facilitation fee of as specified by us at the time of request applies
- No guarantee of resale outcome

8. GST‑Compliant Invoice (For Indian Customers)
- We provide GST‑compliant invoices on all Indian transactions.
- Ensure you enter your GSTIN correctly at checkout (for B2B orders).
- Invoices are emailed and accessible from your account dashboard.
9. International Orders
- Prices shown include applicable Indian taxes but exclude any foreign import duties or VAT.
- You are responsible for customs clearance and local regulatory compliance.
- Policies for refunds and cancellations remain the same internationally.
- Digital content compatibility may vary across countries—please verify before purchasing.
10. Statutory Exceptions – Indian Law
refunds or remedies under Indian consumer law may be provided only if:
- Physical product is defective or mis‑described, and we fail to resolve within a reasonable time;
- Digital product is inaccessible or corrupt, and cannot be fixed by us.
Such cases are handled under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
